I originally ordered the scissors which were the only reasonably priced left-handed scissors I could find on the internet. When they came they did not cut anything, not even paper. But when I contacted customer service they sent me a replacement pair that came within 2 days and are wonderful. Thanks to this company for supporting us lefties!
