In view of the fact that Vitalis is no longer being manufactured, I was looking for a suitable replacement. After trying several other brands, I came upon the Jeris Tonic with oil. It's a viable alternative as long as it's shaken vigorously right before each use: The tonic will separate completely with the oil floating to the top. Other than the separation issue, it works just fine.
